We ship door-to-door worldwide via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or TNT. Tracking number provided on dispatch. Most countries receive in 3–7 business days. Bulk orders may qualify for sea freight.

Most small orders (1–50 pieces) are ready within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Larger orders may take 5–10 business days. Shipping time is 3–7 business days worldwide depending on location and carrier.
Yes. For UV printing, you can send us your own items (phone cases, lighters, pens, etc.) and we'll print your design on them. Contact us first to confirm compatibility. For DTG garments, we source blank apparel locally at competitive prices.
UV flatbed printing works on most rigid and semi-rigid surfaces: acrylic, glass, metal, wood, MDF, ceramic, leather, PVC, plastic, stone, and more. If you're unsure about your specific material, send us a sample or ask via WhatsApp.
All DTG inks are OEKO-TEX certified, wash-resistant, and skin-safe. UV inks are LED-cured, odorless after curing, and highly durable. FDA-certified edible inks are available for food-contact applications. CE certification on all equipment.
