GNFEI printers are built to professional standards and backed by a comprehensive 12-month warranty. If something goes wrong, we respond within 1 business day — and if it can't be fixed, we replace the machine or refund in full.
What's Covered
Three tiers of warranty coverage — clearly defined so you always know exactly what's protected and for how long.
Full warranty coverage on the machine body, electronic components, motors, sensors, and all mechanical parts — excluding the printer head and cleaning unit.
The printer head is covered if it arrives defective or fails on first use. After initial operation, printer head lifespan depends entirely on maintenance quality and usage conditions.
Any replacement parts shipped to you under warranty coverage during the 12-month period — all outbound and return shipping costs are fully covered by GNFEI.

Who Pays Shipping?
Simple rule: if it's our fault, we pay. If it's an accident or wear-and-tear on your end, you pay.
If your machine has a confirmed quality issue and cannot be made to work, we ship a brand new replacement machine and cover all return and outbound shipping costs — door to door, worldwide.
Any spare parts shipped to you under warranty coverage during the 12-month period — GNFEI covers the shipping cost in full. No hidden charges for warranty repairs.
For damage caused by accidents, misuse, or inadequate maintenance — parts are available for purchase at competitive prices. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs in these cases.
