3. How We Guarantee Quality — Before It Leaves Our Factory

Every GNFEI machine goes through a multi-stage quality control process before it is packaged for shipment. We do not ship machines that have not passed every stage of this process. Here is what that looks like in practice:

Stage 1 — Component Inspection

Every major component — printhead, UV lamp, UV ink system, carriage rail, encoder strip, and drive motor — is inspected upon arrival at our facility before it enters the assembly line. We use Epson, Ricoh, and Kyocera printheads from verified suppliers with full traceability documentation.

Stage 2 — Assembly & Calibration

Machines are assembled by trained technicians and undergo a full mechanical calibration: printhead height, rail alignment, belt tension, encoder accuracy, and ink path pressure. Each machine is connected to our test system for baseline nozzle check output verification.

Stage 3 — Full Print Test

Every machine prints a full-colour test pattern across the entire print zone before shipping. We verify: nozzle coverage (100% nozzle fire required), colour density, UV curing intensity, banding, and alignment accuracy. Test prints are archived and available upon customer request.

Stage 4 — Pre-Shipment Video

Upon request, we produce a pre-shipment video of your specific machine running a full print test. The serial number is visible in frame. This gives you complete transparency before your order leaves our facility — and before you release any remaining payment.

Stage 5 — Packaging & Transit Protection

Machines are packed with minimum 3-inch high-density foam on all sides, secured inside a custom wooden crate. Fragile components (printhead carriage, UV lamp) are additionally padded and locked in transit position. Each package includes a full accessory checklist — signed off by the packing technician.

5. Warranty & Return Policy

All GNFEI printers come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects, component failures under normal operating conditions, and functional issues that cannot be resolved through remote technical support.

Return & Refund Policy Summary

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Full details are available on our Return Policy page. Key points:

Defective Products

Free return, replacement, or free repair. GNFEI covers return shipping costs. Provide photos or video evidence of the defect.

Non-Defective Returns

Accepted within 15 days if the product is brand new, unused, and in original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Products that have been used, assembled, or filled with ink are not eligible for non-defective return. Printing quality issues are not classified as product defects — quality depends on proper printhead maintenance and correct ink usage.

Setup & Installation Support

After your machine arrives, our technical team is available via WhatsApp, email, or video call to guide you through the full setup process — from unboxing and positioning to ink loading, nozzle priming, and your first test print. We do not consider the sale complete until your machine is running correctly.

All technical support requests submitted during business hours receive a response within 24 hours. For urgent issues (machine down, production halted), we prioritise immediate WhatsApp escalation. Our support team includes trained engineers — not call centre scripts.

Spare Parts Supply

We maintain a comprehensive inventory of consumables and replacement parts — printheads, dampers, ink tubes, UV lamps, encoder strips, belts, and more — for every model we sell. Parts are available for purchase throughout the life of your machine, not just during the warranty period.

Many technical issues can be resolved remotely using screen-sharing or video call diagnostics. Our engineers can guide you through printhead cleaning routines, ink path flushing, driver reconfiguration, and RIP software troubleshooting — without requiring a costly on-site visit.

All GNFEI printer drivers are provided directly from our official downloads. Every driver package carries our MD5/SHA-256 checksum — verifiable before installation. We do not distribute software through third parties, and our packages are scanned and confirmed clean before release.

Once your warranty period ends, we continue to offer paid repair services. You cover the cost of parts and shipping; we cover the labour guidance. For machines beyond economic repair, we can advise on upgrade paths within our current model range.

Industrial printing machines are heavy, precision instruments. How they are packaged and shipped determines whether they arrive ready to work — or require immediate repair. Our shipping standards reflect that reality.

Q: Can I get a pre-shipment test video of my specific machine?

Yes. Before your machine leaves our factory, we can produce a video showing your specific unit running a full print test — with the serial number clearly visible. Just request this when placing your order or before final payment.

Q: How long does it take to receive my machine?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment. Delivery via FedEx, DHL, or UPS typically takes 4–15 working days depending on your country. We provide full tracking information once the shipment is dispatched.

Every machine is test-printed before shipping and produces 100% nozzle coverage at that point. Ongoing print quality depends on correct maintenance — regular nozzle cleaning, proper ink storage, and following our operational guidelines. We provide full maintenance documentation and remote support to ensure your output remains consistent.
