1. Who We Are — A Decade of Printing Innovation
GNFEI was established in 2014 and is headquartered at 72–74 Wing Lok Street, Hong Kong. Over the past decade, we have grown from a regional UV printer supplier into a globally recognized manufacturer and exporter of industrial inkjet printing solutions, serving customers in over 80 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
We are not a trading company. We are a manufacturer. That distinction matters: when you buy from GNFEI, you buy directly from the source — with no middlemen, no inflated margins, and full technical accountability. Every machine that carries the GNFEI name was built, tested, and shipped from our facility.

UV Printers
A4, A3, and large-format UV flatbed printers for printing on rigid and semi-rigid substrates including acrylic, wood, metal, glass, leather, phone cases, and more. Models include spot UV varnish capability.
DTG Printers
Direct-to-garment printers in A4, A3, and A2 formats. Print full-color designs directly onto cotton and blended-fabric garments with CMYK + White ink. Auto-cleaning systems included.
DTF Printers
Roll DTF, UV DTF, and UV Label printers. Transfer-ready output for garments, bags, hats, and any material that accepts heat transfer. No pretreatment required on most fabrics.
Coffee & Food Printers
Edible ink printers for cafés, bakeries, hotels, and event companies. Print logos, photos, and custom designs onto coffee foam, macarons, cakes, and other food surfaces.
UV Label Printers
Compact UV DTF label printers for producing waterproof, scratch-resistant stickers and product labels on-demand — no plates, no minimum order, from a single label.

3. How We Guarantee Quality — Before It Leaves Our Factory
Every GNFEI machine goes through a multi-stage quality control process before it is packaged for shipment. We do not ship machines that have not passed every stage of this process. Here is what that looks like in practice:
Stage 1 — Component Inspection
Every major component — printhead, UV lamp, UV ink system, carriage rail, encoder strip, and drive motor — is inspected upon arrival at our facility before it enters the assembly line. We use Epson, Ricoh, and Kyocera printheads from verified suppliers with full traceability documentation.
Stage 2 — Assembly & Calibration
Machines are assembled by trained technicians and undergo a full mechanical calibration: printhead height, rail alignment, belt tension, encoder accuracy, and ink path pressure. Each machine is connected to our test system for baseline nozzle check output verification.
Stage 3 — Full Print Test
Every machine prints a full-colour test pattern across the entire print zone before shipping. We verify: nozzle coverage (100% nozzle fire required), colour density, UV curing intensity, banding, and alignment accuracy. Test prints are archived and available upon customer request.
Stage 4 — Pre-Shipment Video
Upon request, we produce a pre-shipment video of your specific machine running a full print test. The serial number is visible in frame. This gives you complete transparency before your order leaves our facility — and before you release any remaining payment.
Stage 5 — Packaging & Transit Protection
Machines are packed with minimum 3-inch high-density foam on all sides, secured inside a custom wooden crate. Fragile components (printhead carriage, UV lamp) are additionally padded and locked in transit position. Each package includes a full accessory checklist — signed off by the packing technician.

CE certification means our machines have passed electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, low-voltage directive (LVD) requirements, and machinery safety directive (MD) standards — all prerequisites for legal operation in the European Union and many other markets. 5. Warranty & Return Policy
12-Month Warranty — Standard on All Machines
All GNFEI printers come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects, component failures under normal operating conditions, and functional issues that cannot be resolved through remote technical support.
What the Warranty Covers
- Mechanical failures caused by manufacturing defects
- Electronic component failures under normal use
- Free replacement of defective parts (customer covers shipping of replacement parts)
- Free remote technical support for the lifetime of the machine
- Full replacement or refund for machines with major defects that cannot be repaired
Return & Refund Policy Summary
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Full details are available on our Return Policy page. Key points:
Defective Products
Free return, replacement, or free repair. GNFEI covers return shipping costs. Provide photos or video evidence of the defect.
Non-Defective Returns
Accepted within 15 days if the product is brand new, unused, and in original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping costs.
Please Note
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Products that have been used, assembled, or filled with ink are not eligible for non-defective return. Printing quality issues are not classified as product defects — quality depends on proper printhead maintenance and correct ink usage.
6. After-Sales Support — What Happens After You Receive Your Machine
Our relationship with customers does not end at delivery. For most industrial equipment buyers, the quality of after-sales support is what separates a good purchase from a costly mistake. Here is our commitment in concrete terms:
Setup & Installation Support
After your machine arrives, our technical team is available via WhatsApp, email, or video call to guide you through the full setup process — from unboxing and positioning to ink loading, nozzle priming, and your first test print. We do not consider the sale complete until your machine is running correctly.
24-Hour Response SLA
All technical support requests submitted during business hours receive a response within 24 hours. For urgent issues (machine down, production halted), we prioritise immediate WhatsApp escalation. Our support team includes trained engineers — not call centre scripts.
Spare Parts Supply
We maintain a comprehensive inventory of consumables and replacement parts — printheads, dampers, ink tubes, UV lamps, encoder strips, belts, and more — for every model we sell. Parts are available for purchase throughout the life of your machine, not just during the warranty period.
Remote Diagnostics
Many technical issues can be resolved remotely using screen-sharing or video call diagnostics. Our engineers can guide you through printhead cleaning routines, ink path flushing, driver reconfiguration, and RIP software troubleshooting — without requiring a costly on-site visit.
Driver & Software Verification
All GNFEI printer drivers are provided directly from our official downloads. Every driver package carries our MD5/SHA-256 checksum — verifiable before installation. We do not distribute software through third parties, and our packages are scanned and confirmed clean before release.
Repair Services (Post-Warranty)
Once your warranty period ends, we continue to offer paid repair services. You cover the cost of parts and shipping; we cover the labour guidance. For machines beyond economic repair, we can advise on upgrade paths within our current model range.
7. Shipping & Packaging Standards
Industrial printing machines are heavy, precision instruments. How they are packaged and shipped determines whether they arrive ready to work — or require immediate repair. Our shipping standards reflect that reality.
Packaging
Minimum 3-inch high-density foam on all 6 sides. Custom wooden outer crate rated for international freight. Fragile components double-packed and locked in transit position.
Carriers
FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, and Aramex. Sea freight available for large or multi-unit orders. Air freight standard for single machines.
⏱️ Delivery Time
4–15 working days depending on destination and shipping service. Orders processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Accessories Checklist
Every shipment includes a signed accessories checklist. Before accepting delivery, compare the checklist against package contents. Any missing item must be reported before signing the shipping bill.

We provide full commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Upon request, we can provide additional documentation to assist with import customs clearance in your country.
On Arrival
Inspect the outer crate before signing. If visible damage exists, photograph it, refuse to sign if damage is severe, and contact us immediately. Filing a carrier claim is time-sensitive — do not delay.
