Questions
Everything You
Need to Know.
What types of flowers can the printer print on?

The F33FR is designed for rose petals — both fresh and dried. It also works well on other flat-surfaced petals and dried leaves. The key is that the surface should be relatively flat and smooth for best results. We recommend testing with your local flower varieties.

How long does the printed image last on a fresh rose?

On a fresh rose, the printed image lasts as long as the rose itself — typically 5 to 10 days in normal room conditions, longer if refrigerated. The UV ink is LED-cured directly onto the petal surface, bonding without any coating or lamination needed.

Is the UV ink safe?

Yes — the F33FR uses LED-cured UV ink that is CE certified and formulated to be safe for decorative use on flowers. The cured ink is stable, odourless, and contains no harmful solvents. It is designed for decorative floral printing, not for direct consumption.

How difficult is it to operate?

Very straightforward. The machine comes with dedicated software. You place the flower on the tray, upload your image on your computer, adjust the size and position, and press print. Most customers are printing professionally within the first hour. We provide full video tutorials and remote technical support.

What is included with the machine?

The package includes the F33FR printer, a set of UV ink cartridges, a flower tray and positioning guides, power cable, USB cable, installation software, and a user manual. We also provide access to our full video tutorial library and WhatsApp technical support.

How do I order? Is there a minimum quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity — you can order a single machine. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your enquiry. We will confirm the current price, shipping cost to your country, and estimated delivery time. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
