We stand behind every product we ship. Our policy is built on transparency, giving you clear and fair terms before you buy, so you can order with confidence.

We accept Bank Transfer, Western Union, Cash Payment, and Credit Card.
We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, and Aramex. Estimated delivery: 4 to 15 working days depending on destination and service.
Peak seasons or holidays may extend processing time. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Cancellation requests are accepted before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.

- Orders already packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled
- If payment has cleared and cancellation is approved, refund is processed within 10 business days
- Post-dispatch cancellations must follow the 15-day return window
Returns accepted for defective and non-defective products within 15 days of receiving the package. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Major defect on arrival or failure to function. Free return, replacement, or repair. Provide video/photo evidence.
Accepted only if item is brand new, completely unused, and in original packaging.
Once returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products that have been used, assembled, or filled with ink
- Damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized repairs, or customer mishandling
- Printing quality issues — not classified as product defects (see Section 7)
If your product is no longer eligible for return, we offer repair services to resolve any technical issues.

- Dedicated team responds within 2 hours during business hours
- Lifetime after-sales support commitment on all machines
Print quality depends on printhead condition, maintenance, and environment. Customers who follow our instructions will achieve 100% print quality.
- Maintain the printhead and ink system properly
- Routine cleaning extends printhead lifespan
- Use recommended inks for optimal output
Customs clearance is the sole responsibility of the buyer. GNFEI does not cover losses from import duties, taxes, or customs delays.
- Import duties and taxes imposed by destination country are buyer's responsibility
- Buyers must contact local carrier or customs office promptly
GNFEI covers return shipping or provides prepaid label.
Buyer covers 100% of return shipping, duties, and taxes.
Use trackable shipping for returns. GNFEI is not responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All machines are strictly tested before shipment and packed in thick foam and wooden crates to minimize transit damage.
- Inspect package and machine before signing the delivery bill
- Report visible damage to the courier immediately and refuse the package
- Accepted damaged packages must be claimed with the shipping company
- Request a pre-shipment test video before dispatch if needed
