Modern UV-LED curing technology provides excellent scratch and impact resistance. The ink is cured instantly, making it durable for casual play. However, repeated direct strikes with high-loft clubs (like sand wedges) or sand bunker friction may eventually cause minor wear, which is standard for all custom-printed balls.

To avoid distortion from the ball's spherical curvature, it is recommended to keep the print design within a 20mm to 22mm diameter circular boundary. Printing beyond this range on a round object can lead to image stretching near the edges.

For standard golf ball surfaces, printing directly with our UV-LED ink yields excellent adhesion. However, for maximum industrial durability and high gloss, you can use our AcroRIP software to apply a clear varnish layer simultaneously during printing. Cleaning the balls with isopropyl alcohol before printing is also recommended.
